Note:
Reservation is not finalized until approval email is received and security deposit is paid. If security deposit is not paid within 48 hours of approval email, the reservation will be cancelled.
Events with over 200 attendees must submit a special event permit application no later than 45 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in event cancellation.
The City of Manassas offers an event insurance policy through Intact Insurance Gatherguard program. Visit gatherguard.com for more information.
Event Venue Rental Fees:
Security Deposit: $250
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) $110 per hour
Weekends (Friday - Sunday) $135 per hour
Holidays (Federal holidays) $135 per hour
Non-profit discount: 50% per event
Additional Fees:
Restroom cleaning fee of $100 applies for events with over 200 attendees on the Manassas Museum Lawn.
