Facility Details
One of two surviving Civil War forts in Manassas, Cannon Branch Fort was built by Union troops in 1864 to help defend rail lines from Confederate raids. Walk shaded trails and rest on benches with a wooded view. Catch and release fishing is permitted. Park is open from dawn to dusk. Parking available onsite, no restrooms.
